Workplace Exploitation

Delhi Gang Rape case- whole country was shattered into pieces and then a bill for protection of women was passed but it’s been almost 1 year since then, we have seen lot more cases in recent years in which female co-workers were exploited. But the matter here is that none of the exploitation was one time means it has gone for a long time.
So what took these women to keep quiet for a long time? Were they threatened about losing their jobs? It might be possible that those who were engaged in these cases were at those supreme positions where they can steal those jobs. So now let’s talk about the relation between employer and employee at workplace.
We are witnessing two new cases in which sexual harassment has been done by the BOSSES. There may be hundred more cases but these two cases involve two most UNCOMMON bosses of INDIA. 1st one in MR. Tarun Tejpal, editor of TEHELKA and second one is Justice Ganguly.
Everybody knows that these situations are common at workplaces but the fact is now the situations are worst. Can it be considered for whole India that where there are bosses like them, women will get exploited?  
I should not comment on their fate as verdict will soon follow but we need to understand that why is it happening?
I may be wrong at my part but we have some cases where females are also engaged in such cases where they show sexually explicit behavior at their workplace in order to attract their boss. But those case are negligible in numbers.
It may be another topic for debate as these cases are taking employer-employee relationships at workplace to another segment where it will become more difficult to trust anybody.
It is a high time to ponder over it and make strong will power and strengthen inner conscious to stop such activities around us.
